    Contact our support team, and we’ll send a technician to repair or replace the system at no extra cost.
  • Should I cancel rent your system if I move to another apartment or town on Cyprus?
    Just call or sent request to us and we help you reinstall system in your new apartment on Cyprus for free.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We accept only automatic subscription payments.
  • Is there a security deposit for the equipment?
    No, we do not have a security deposit, but if our equipment breaks down due to your fault, there will be an additional fee of 300 euros.
  • How can I cancel the rental subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription anytime on our website. Once you submit your request, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for system uninstallation.
