RENTAL AGREEMENT OFFER
for the rental of a water purification system

RUPPEL WATER LTD, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," hereby offers any legally competent individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to conclude this rental agreement for a water purification system (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") under the following terms and conditions.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Company provides the User with temporary use of a water purification system (hereinafter referred to as the "System") under rental conditions. 1.2. The User selects a rental plan that determines the rental cost and payment frequency.

2. Rental Terms

2.1. The User is granted a trial period of 30 (thirty) calendar days.

2.2. The trial period begins on the date specified by the User when arranging the rental and includes the time required for the installation of the System. 2.3. The installation of the System is free of charge.

2.4. The Company provides free filter replacements throughout the rental period. The Company inspects the System every six months and replaces all necessary filters.

3. Rental Cancellation and System Removal

3.1. Cancellation of the rental and removal of the System during the trial period is free of charge.

3.2. In case of cancellation of the rental and removal of the System after the trial period but before the expiration of 3 (three) months from the end of the trial period, the User shall pay a removal fee of 25 (twenty-five) euros.

3.3. Cancellation of the rental and removal of the System after 3 (three) months of use is free of charge.

3.4. If the rental is canceled at the Company's initiative, the removal of the System is free of charge.

3.5. After the trial period, rental payments are non-refundable upon cancellation, and the removal of the System is carried out according to the terms of this section.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. The rental cost and payment frequency are determined according to the User's selected plan.

4.2. Payment is made in advance according to the selected plan and payment schedule.

5. Responsibilities of the Parties

5.1. The Company is not liable for damage to the System caused by the User or for any consequences of using the System not related to manufacturing defects or incorrect installation.

5.2. The User is fully responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the System. In case of damage to the System due to improper use or mechanical impact by the User or User's fault, an additional charge of 400 (four hundred) euros will be applied.

5.3. If the System fails due to natural wear and tear (depreciation), the Company will agree with the User on replacement timelines and provide new equipment free of charge.

6. Termination of Rental at the Company's Initiative

6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental without explanation.

6.2. In case of early termination of the rental at the Company's initiative, the removal of the System is free of charge.

6.3. In case of early termination of the rental, removal shall take place after the expiration of the period paid by the User.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. The User acknowledges that by selecting a plan, they undertake the obligation to rent the System for the period specified in the plan.

7.2. If the User terminates the rental early before the expiration of the rental period specified in the subscription, the Company does not refund the payment for the unused period.

8. Other Terms

8.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with applicable law.

8.2. By selecting a plan and arranging the rental, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

8.3. By subscribing on the website rrwater.online according to the selected plan, the User fully acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Agreement. 8.4. The Parties will seek to resolve all disputes through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it shall be subject to court review at the Company's location. 8.5.
